Restored Smiles Ranch invites general practitioners and specialists to a transformative two-day Ridge Augmentation hands-on workshop. This comprehensive course is designed to advance clinical skills in predictable and reproducible bone-building techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into everyday practice. Participants will benefit from a combination of evidence-based lectures and extensive hands-on training, including suturing and bone grafting exercises on both typodonts and pig jaws. The course also covers the clinical application of growth factors such as concentrated growth factors (CGF) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), mirroring the techniques used daily in the instructors’ own practice. In addition, attendees will receive access to an online pre-course session, featuring eight one-hour modules, to build foundational knowledge and ensure they are fully prepared for the in-person experience. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for clinicians to elevate their skill set and bring valuable, career-changing techniques back to their practice. Course Objectives: • Anatomy & key landmarks • Bone grafting fundamentals & materials • Flap & Incision management • Suture materials & suturing techniques • Post-operative instructions • Pain management • Learn the importance of growth factors (CGF/PRF) • Learn how to make and handle growth factors for various bone grafting situations • Learn how to perform venipuncture and basic anatomy • Hands-on bone grafting & suturing on typodonts & pig jaws

What an amazing hands on course taughtby Dr. Huss. I Learned how to draw blood, how to remove granulation tissue, great periosteal releasing techniques, how to manage a flap and different indications for different membranes. His advance suturing techniques were a game changer. The information taught on CGF was easy to understand. This is definitely a course where the information taught can be applied immediately when you get back to the office; whether it’s ridge augmentation or even socket preservation.

This was my first experience taking a course with Restored Smiles, and I came away very impressed! Dr. Huss does a great job of packing in all of the most clinically useful information and techniques, while also making the concepts clear and understandable. The class sizes are small, which make the environment very interactive. There were lots of opportunities to ask specific questions, talk through unique clinical situations, and get to know the other docs in the course. There is a large portion of time committed to hands-on learning, with close coaching and feed back, so we had a great opportunity to practice the techniques and concepts we just learned. I would highly recommend this course to any clinician who enjoys surgery, has a good foundation of implant dentistry, and would like to level-up their game when it comes to bone grafting.

What an amazing course !!! This was the second course I have taken by Dr. Huss and never disappoints. His vast knowledge and hands on approach makes this course worth while. His practical approach allows it easier to implement in my office which is the most important aspect. I have taken courses where in theory it sounds great but very difficult to apply in real life situations. Can’t wait for the sinus lift course coming up next year

Great experience for those looking to expand ridge augmentation techniques with and without CGF. Dr. Huss is very proficient in various forms of surgery and does a fine job of making sure everyone is comfortable with the techniques being presented. The course is also very helpful in treatment planning indicated cases and also evaluating how to approach these cases financially. Enjoyed the heck out of it! I will be back!
