After speaking to Dr. Avi, my concerns have been alleviated.

Maybe this course just wasn’t for me, but there was unfortunately a lot of promise, but without delivery. I’ve taken Molis, Clearly Aligned, Galler, and Clear Institute, and I would rank this at the bottom of the list by far.

The total length of the course is 3 hours and 13 minutes despite the fact it’s advertised as 8 hours. How is that even allowed!

The course outline describes areas to be covered such as:

“How to make modifications to your clear aligner treatment plans and clinchecks to ensure you get the best outcomes”

In reality, there wasn’t a single clincheck reviewed, or case covered to show what modifications and changes were made to the clincheck or treatment plan. There are no clinical videos either. Essentially this course is 3 hours of Dr. Avi talking to a camera in his office with a PowerPoint.

When after photos do happen to be shown, the teeth at the end of treatment are still crooked! Dr. Avi justifies this by saying, “What’s better than perfection is improvement.” This philosophy definitely comes through in the quality of this course, as it seems the goal of this course was to scratch the surface of being adequate. It’s disappointing that this course is advertised on instagram as the most advanced clear aligner course in the world.

I would give 1 star, but I know that it takes a lot to put yourself out there making a course, but honestly, I just feel so ripped off paying $8,000 for 3 hours of extremely mediocre content. Go learn from anyone else.

This course is a game changer for anyone getting started with clear aligner therapy or if you’re an established gp looking to improve their clear aligner skills.
The course answered a lot of questions that you won’t usually find answers to like patient communication, a detailed outline of steps to follow from initial consult to finshing the case , pt dos/don’t, pt instructions and a lot of clinical pearls shared by Dr. Avi while showing his own clinical cases .
I’d definitely recommend signing up for this course .

I don’t recommend. I’m not sure how this course has such high reviews but it was a waste of my time and money. I decided to do the course after I saw him everywhere on my social media. Once I took the course I was excited to start. Whenever I asked a question about my cases I was referred to Orthodontists via email like Dr Shapiro who did not seem interested at all in helping me and gave me a few words as an answer to my questions. I tried to schedule coaching calls for help and they were ignored and he stated it was only for people thinking of doing the course. It does teach you how to get case acceptance in the free webinar you take that convinces you to sign up but he doesn’t have knowledge on ortho to help you through cases. There’s also a group on Slack where you can ask questions but his answers were “what do the rest of you think the answer should be?” rather than actually answering the question himself. Or he’d answer the questions without actually answering it. The Slack group was then switched to another group where you had to pay for access and difficult to access. I was really disappointed. I truly felt like this was a marketing scam.

  I went back and accessed the course and it has drastically changed since I first started using the course. It is much more informative now. It now has a paid addition where you can submit 2 cases per month to get insight from qualified Orthodontists who answer back within 3 days with a video of your case. It is very good for USA Dentists but expensive for Canadian Dentists due to the USD. I no longer think it is a scam. To be fair I was one of the very first Dentists who signed up to the course so it was quite new then and has changed for the better ever since. I’m very happy I get lifetime access to refresh my knowledge. Every time I go through his modules I feel empowered all over again
