Advanced Implant Education (AIE)

The course is limited to twelve clinicians and provides participants with the opportunity and confidence to practice innovative approaches to bone regeneration, tissue engineering, sinus lift techniques, implant placement, and other surgical procedures. Patients are pre-selected with varying levels of surgical complexity to match each clinician’s skill level. Depending on case complexity and individual proficiency, participants can place between 15 to 35 implants. Each chair is assigned a dedicated faculty member for guidance during treatment. The program aims to enhance patient care and offers a unique learning experience for those looking to refine their surgical expertise.

Course Objectives

Implant placement techniques, including immediate extraction
Piezo-electric surgery technique
Centrifuge techniques for fibrin membrane and sticky bone
Harvesting techniques with implant placement
Advanced bone grafting
Titanium mesh applications
Mega ISQ readings with Osstell
Socket preservation
Partial extraction therapy (root membrane/socket shield)
Sinus elevation techniques, including lateral window and crestal membrane approaches
Sinus membrane repair techniques
Flap design and suturing techniques
Processing extracted teeth into bone grafting material using the Smart Dentin Grinder
Third molar extraction
Soft tissue grafting
Osseodensification
Guided surgery, including static and navigation techniques (availability may vary by course)

This course has taken me on a very pleasant journey to learn no nonsense techniques to allow me to comfortably place implants day one in my practice. From novice cases to complex regenerative techniques to sinus lifts. It allows you to stand on the shoulders of giants with one on one, over the shoulder teaching customized to your skill level.
