Expensive school, but you get what you pay for. In the first year of clinic (D3) tons of students can easily place at least 3 implants, cut 20+ crowns, extract at least 3 teeth, and do tons of fillings. CAD/CAM is heavily emphasized, and lots of students use those for their crowns
