Dr. Garg is a great professor who really wants you to learn! He knows how to break down complicated procedures and make them into cookbook recipes for his students. He is also very approachable when you have questions or want to go over a case. I consider him a true mentor and I am super happy I chose Implant Seminars to learn dental implants. Very thorough and easy to implement. Highly recommend this course!

A good course but lacking in many aspects.

The course is completed over 4 weekends and it is flexible for where you can take it because they offer it in many cities in the USA. The price was acceptable and competitive compared to other implant courses.
There is an optional extra course that takes you to Dominican to place implants and other course members had many good things to say about it, but I can’t comment on it. I had a great mentor that was willing to help me at my office and choose not to take it.

There was a lot of information that I feel was missed in the course. There were things I learned during dental school and implant prosthodontics course that were missing and not mentioned in the course. After the course I didn’t feel prepared to place implants, I had to go through things in a textbook and with my mentor to feel prepared.
There was a lot of “selling” during the course, they wanted to you to sign up for one of their other courses or join their international dental implant association. They’ve called and emailed many times over the last 12 months.

Comprehensive Implant lectures followed by a trip to DR for implant placement.
Lecture material presented well and comprehensive. Implant placement of 20 implants in DR helps boost confidence.
I would take course over again. You will see return on investment from course start right after the completion of the first lecture.

Excellent course taught from start to finish from Dr. Garg. He lays out the didactic lessons very well and dentists from novice to experienced can learn how to place or more predictably place implants after the course is through. It’s flexible for scheduling and the support staff know how to work with you. In addition to implant placement, you’ll also learn valuable skills and procedures to benefit your patients, including socket preservation, PRP, and more. You get to practice suturing on pig jaws and mplant placement on cadavers all in 4 weekend continuum. Definitely worth the investment in time and money.

I also did the hands on in the Dominican Republic and that was 100% worth it. I went shortly after finishing the continuum and felt the timing couldn’t have been better. Through the skills I learned, I gained the confidence to begin marketing for implants and have placed over 100 implants since finishing Dr. Garg’s course in January 2018. Well worth it!

      Review for Live Dental Training:

Top notch training and experience! I recommend this hands on live patient implant placement course to anyone looking to gain more confidence with placing implants. It’s in a great facility, has highly skilled educators, freely giving key tips and insights to help you gain the experience you need to safely, reliably and confidently place implants. I included a couple pictures from one of the many patients I placed implants on during the 3 days in the clinic there. I did the 6 implants on the patients right side. Not perfect, but I gained insights from every one of them. When I took the course in January 2018, we were able to place 20. Now they say you can place up to 30. That’s even better. By the second day, I had placed almost the 20 implants already. It was a great environment, working late the first night until after 9pm, the second day we finished around 7pm, then went to a nice restaurant, and the 3rd night we finished in the afternoon. I observed other dentists that came for other training in sinus lifts, ridge splits and more advanced bone grafting. Dr. Garg was there during the whole course and gave valuable information and tips. The whole thing was awesome! The 3rd night we went to a nicer resort and had a great time, they presented us plaques for donating treatment to the people in the DR. The experience with Dr. Garg’s live patient course really helped jump start my ability to offer implants to patients in my practice. Well worth getting this training.
