Dr. Justin Moody ✅ Live Surgery
✅ Hands-On Training
✅ Real Patients
✅ All In The USA
Day 1 and 2 of Session Two consisted of lectures and hands-on work on on pig-jaws and models. Alternating between lecture & hands-on to keep you moving and awake. Hands-on component: Practicing multiple suture techniques, learning the drill sequence and the feel for implant placement on pig-jaws, ridge preservation/grafting with membrane placement & suturing on pig-jaws. These 2 days are jam packed with information that you will want to review on your flight back. Dr. Moody was very receptive and accommodating to all the questions, and provided great answers and feedback during the lectures and hands-on components. Honestly it would be great if it was extended to 2.5 days because there is just so much information to cover and we weren’t able to get through all of it, but we were able to in Session 3.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Fast Track and Sessions 1-4?
Fast Track and Sessions 1-4 are the exact same content, but brought to you in two different pathways so you can pick what works best for your learning style and/or schedule.
Session 1 consists of online modules that you need to complete before attending a Fast Track course or Session 2/3. Session 2/3 is combined into three days (Thursday – Saturday) and is the didactic and hands-on portion of our course. These take place in 6 different cities across the United States. You will end your pathway by taking Session 4 which is always located in Tempe, AZ as it’s held at a non-profit dental clinic (New Horizon Institute) where you will perform live surgery on deserving patients.
Fast-Track covers Sessions 2/3 in the first three days (Monday – Wednesday) and Session 4 happens on Thursday and Friday of the same week. This is a more accelerated pathway as all the content is happening in one week as opposed to separating the sessions. Fast Tracks always take place in Tempe, AZ at Pathway Headquarters.
Will this course certify me to place implants in the United States?
There is no certification you need to place implants in the United States besides your US Dental License. When you complete our Session 4 you will receive a framed certificate to hang on your wall letting patients know you have completed continuing education in the world of implant dentistry.
What is the ICOI and are you accredited with the AAID?
The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) is devoted to dental implant education and is a member only program. To become part of the ICOI, you would need to submit cases and get approved by the ICOI. However, once you complete Sessions 1-4 of Implant Pathway you will become an instant Fellow in the ICOI once you submit your paperwork and membership fee. We host an after party for all our alumni during the ICOI to celebrate your fellowship!
Is there continued mentoring after completing Session 4?
A valuable part of Implant Pathway is the opportunity to network with our mentors and build relationships with them that live on past the course. Our mentors teach because they love helping fellow dentists and genuinely want to see you succeed. While it’s not required, our mentors are always helping past alumni via cell phone, email, and text. We encourage you to ask for their contact information and stay in touch after the course!
Can I bring my dental assistant?
YES! We highly encourage you to bring your dental assistants to the live surgery portion of the course. We ask that you don’t bring them to the lecture portion as it becomes difficult to accommodate a larger class size with the space we have. Dr. Moody believes that it’s much easier to launch implant dentistry in your practice if your DA shared the experience with you instead of you having to fill them in afterwards.
What implant system do you use?
We use BioHorizons for our implant system. BioHorizons offers an exclusive starter implant package for our attendees that you will gain access to.
Can I take Sessions 1-3 and sign up for Session 4 later? Is there a price difference?
You can sign up for Sessions 1-3 and then choose to sign up for Session 4 later and there is no price difference. However, if you choose to wait, the Session 4 does fill up fast as we only have 16 spots available, so we cannot guarantee a spot will be open when you decide to sign up for Session 4.
Do I need a dental license for the live surgery in Arizona?e
Yes, you will need to obtain a temporary AZ license from the AZ Dental Board. It’s an easy process and the paperwork is simple to complete. We help along the way if you have any questions at all!
Implant Pathways Payment plans?
We offer payment plans for bundles including Sessions 1-3, Sessions 1-4 and Session 4. Payments can be split into three or four equal payments, depending on your session bundle. We have also partnered with Proceed Finance, who provides financing options for our continuum. We do not currently offer payment plans for Session 1 only.
