Dr. John Wayland has removed over 25,000 full bony impactions with Moderate IV sedation and maintains an active mobile practice dedicated to third molar removal. The course is presented over three days. The first day consists of lecture and the live observation of 8 procedures where Dr. Hendrickson and Dr. Wayland remove 32 impacted third molars. The procedures can be viewed on high-resolution monitors and participants may ask questions and interact with the doctor during the procedure. The cases are presented step by step following our 7 step protocol and presented as teaching cases.

It took me more than a year to find western surgical and sedation impactions course which offers live patient sessions . I spoke with all the popular impaction courses in the country but none of them provide as good hands on as western surgical does. This is the best CE course that I have taken so far. Every dollar I spent is worth of it. Amazing instructors. Lot of valuable information you can take home and work on your patient immediately. The doctors who teach this course are amazing surgeons and even greater people. Love the amazing education they provide in terms of wisdom teeth removal. Fantastic course! Every general dentist that wants to take out thirds needs to take this course. It will make you efficient and confident in taking out thirds. I removed thirds before this course and it has cut my time down by more than half. By following their coaching, I was able to remove 4 full bony impacted 3rds in less than 20 minutes!
