I only took the first day of this course on oral sedation, not the day on nitrous administration. The section on oral sedation was excellent. Multiple drugs were reviewed in detail along with indications and contraindications. A large emphasis was placed on patient safety during sedation and the instructors did well at keeping the content engaging. I would recommend this course for anyone looking to explore using minimal oral sedation in their practice. It is a great skill to have and to offer to patients, and knowing how to do it safely is important.
