Dr. Resnik basically writes the implant textbook everyone uses and only uses the latest evidence-based research. His delivery of the material and style is so organized and spot on that I think he is one of the best lecturers out there! I only look for courses from EXPERTS with real standing behind them, not just who is popular on instagram or social media. In addition, he defends dentists in court and always applies that knowledge in his lectures which I really appreciate. He wants you to learn how to do implants correctly and successfully with proper planning and stay out of trouble!
I wanted to brush up on surgical skills since I have only concentrated on restoring implants since dental school but after taking the S1-S5 courses plus the Ohio Hands-on Bootcamp twice, I’ve learned so much in a short time, in a systematic manner, that I now have to confidence to not only treatment plan but also feel confident in performing lateral wall sinus aug, crestal approach for posterior implants, and GBR. My skill level has done a 180 change in the last year where I am comfortable and more than proficient and my patients have noticed my attention to detail, all learned from Dr. Resnik, regarding implants which translates into accepted treatment and a very rapidly growing implant practice! Many people have taken this course more than once because he always updates information with the latest evidence-based research. I plan on coming back again and again and appreciate the mentoring from all the faculty. I highly recommend this course!! Thank you Dr. Resnik & faculty

Dr. Resnik and his team are amazing! I took an extensive implant curriculum about 12 years ago and only placed the straight forward single or double implants since then. I knew I wanted to raise my level of implant treatment options for my patients, my practice, and my career. I thought about taking Dr. Resnik’s course for about a year and when I took it, I started with S4 (would recommend taking in sequence) and immediately I knew I was all in. The Surgical Series really brought everything together surgically for me, the X-ray review sessions are essential to your learning process (bring cases, I brought many), and then the Pros course took it to even another level. I couldn’t stop and took all of his hands-on courses and next month I will complete the Complications course in Vegas; therefore, having completed every course Dr. Resnik offers. I am now doing full arch rehabs, grafting, lateral wall sinus lifts, singles, doubles, anterior implants (which I left for my oral surgeons previously), and more surgical procedures than I had ever imagined. If you want to raise your implant game for your patients, your practice, and yourself – you don’t have a choice: SIGN UP TODAY and you won’t regret it! Cheers!

This course gives you a comprehensive introduction to placing single, multi, and full arch implants mostly using guided techniques. This course if for anyone at any level. The audience is made up of beginners who have never placed an implant (like myself) to the well seasoned general dentists/ OMFS who has had years of experience placing implants. I met several dentists at this course who teach their own implant courses as well and wanted to brush up on the latest techniques. The labs consist of placing implants on models, using guided technique, bone grafting and sinus lift simulation on models, etc. I love that Dr. Resnik is approachable, a very good speaker, and will make time for questions and review personal cases. They even encourage you to submit cases (CBCT needed) and he will review what he would do for every case a student submits. It is a non-judgmental environment and good class size (they do not over fill the room). The faculty is excellent and supportive. I think the best aspect of this class is the breakdown on how to treatment plan cases- from single unit to both arches. Here you will learn how to do it, and more importantly, should you do it. Best money I have spent to forward my career.
